The rules and conditions for using KondorGFX products, services, and Kondor Connect.
Products & Services
KondorGFX sells digital stream graphics, overlays, alerts, transitions, widgets, facecams, and custom design services for streamers, creators, and brands. Kondor Connect is a supporting service used by compatible KondorGFX products to connect supported creator platforms to stream widgets.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically. Please review product details, compatibility, included files, and platform requirements before purchasing.
Kondor Connect
Kondor Connect may require you to authorize supported third-party services, including YouTube, so compatible widgets can receive permitted channel or supporter activity. You are responsible for connecting an account you are authorized to use and for complying with the rules of each connected platform.
Custom Work
Custom projects begin after payment or deposit. Delivery time depends on project size, complexity, communication, and revision requests.
Ownership & Copyright
All artwork, animations, previews, products, and source files remain the intellectual property of KondorGFX unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prohibited Use
You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, copy, reverse engineer for redistribution, or claim KondorGFX products as your own unless you have written permission.

YouTube Terms
Kondor Connect uses YouTube API Services. By using Kondor Connect with YouTube, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable Google policies.
