How KondorGFX and Kondor Connect collect, use, store, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
We may collect your name, email address, order details, messages, billing-related information provided by payment processors, and basic website usage data when you visit KondorGFX, purchase digital products, request support, or use Kondor Connect.
Kondor Connect & YouTube API Services
Kondor Connect uses YouTube API Services so creators can connect their own YouTube channel to supported KondorGFX stream widgets. After you authorize access through Google OAuth, Kondor Connect may access raw YouTube API data associated with your authorized account, including your YouTube channel identity and title, active livestream information, live chat identifiers, and supported membership or gifting activity made available through the YouTube Data API while the relevant live chat is active.
How We Use YouTube Data
Kondor Connect uses YouTube API data only to provide the user-facing connection and supporter-goal features you authorize. The service identifies the authorized channel, discovers an active livestream and live chat when available, reads supported membership activity, and updates the connected KondorGFX widget. Kondor Connect does not use this read-only access to upload videos, edit channel information, post comments or messages, or otherwise modify your YouTube account.
Stored & Derived YouTube Data
Kondor Connect stores OAuth credentials needed to maintain an authorized connection and may store limited connection status, channel identifiers, timestamps, supporter-goal totals, and other service records required to operate the connected widget. Goal totals or similar service records may be derived from supported membership activity solely for the user-facing widget. Kondor Connect does not build advertising profiles from Google user data and does not use YouTube API data for targeted advertising, lending, surveillance, or unrelated purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use information to process orders, deliver digital downloads, verify licenses, provide Kondor Connect functionality, provide customer support, respond to messages, improve our services, prevent abuse or fraud, and comply with legal requirements.
OAuth Credentials & Security
Kondor Connect never asks for or stores your Google or YouTube password. Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored securely by Kondor Connect and encrypted at rest. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect Google user data in transit and at rest and restrict its use to the features you authorized.
YouTube Data Sharing & Transfers
KondorGFX does not sell Google user data or transfer it to advertisers, data brokers, or information resellers. YouTube Authorized Data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing Kondor Connect features described in this policy. Limited data may be processed by infrastructure or hosting service providers acting on our behalf when necessary to operate and secure Kondor Connect, or disclosed when required by applicable law. We do not permit those providers to use Google user data for their own advertising or unrelated purposes.
YouTube Data Retention
Kondor Connect retains Google OAuth credentials while the creator keeps the YouTube connection authorized and retains YouTube API data only for as long as necessary to provide the authorized feature and as permitted by YouTube API Services policies. Where YouTube policy requires stored API data to be refreshed or deleted within a specific period, Kondor Connect follows that requirement. We do not intentionally keep YouTube Authorized Data indefinitely.
Limited Use of Google User Data
KondorGFX's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived Google user data is not used or transferred for targeted advertising, sale to data brokers, determining creditworthiness, surveillance, or other prohibited purposes.
Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. KondorGFX does not store your full payment card details.
Cookies & Analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, analytics, checkout experience, security, and performance. Kondor Connect's YouTube Authorized Data is not sold or provided to advertising platforms for personalized or interest-based advertising.
Other Personal Information Sharing
For information that is not YouTube Authorized Data, we may share limited information with trusted infrastructure, analytics, email, payment, or hosting providers when needed to operate KondorGFX and Kondor Connect, prevent abuse, provide support, process transactions, or comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

Revoking YouTube Access & Data Deletion
You can revoke Kondor Connect's access to your Google account through your Google account security permissions. You may also contact us to request deletion of personal information or YouTube-related data stored by Kondor Connect. When you revoke access or request deletion, KondorGFX will delete the associated YouTube Authorized Data stored by Kondor Connect as soon as possible and no later than 7 calendar days, subject only to data we are legally required to retain. Revoking Kondor Connect or deleting data stored by Kondor Connect does not delete information stored directly by YouTube.
